Wine is most often made of grapes. Red wine is made out of blue grapes, pips, peel and all. But did you know that white wine can also be made out of blue grapes? As long as you leave out the peel, because that\'s what contains all that natural red dye that gives other wines its colour. We\'ve known about wine for a long, long time. More than 7000 years ago wine was made in the areas where Syria, Georgia, Iraq and Iran are today. It came to Egypt in 3000BC, from where it soon spread further and further around the world via the Greeks, Romans, and the Catholic church. Italy and France are the top wine-producing countries in the world, but a lot of wine is produced in South Africa too, about 1,600,000 metric tonnes a year!
The games below are all about wine. Even if you don\'t like wine, wine games are still fun to play. Pour out wine for your customers, or search the wine cellars and wine shops for pieces of the lost wine bottles. Have fun!
