Mastermind - Can you break the colour code?

In masternmind you need to think analytically and decode the set of coloured pegs your opponent is using. In these games the PC is the codemaker while you are the codebreaker. Guess at the colours and the order they are set in, and using the hints as to the right positions and colours you can find out what the code is. Break the code before you run out of turn, otherwise you lose! Try some mind-boggling masternmind games here!

Harry Potter Mastermind
Mix a potion in Professor Snape's class with this mastermind game. Try to find the right order to add the ingredients. Select an ingredient and place it on one of the scales above the cauldron. A white pin indicates the correct ingredient in the right place and a black pin a correct ingredient in the worng place. The position of the pins themselves says nothing about what ingredients are the right ones though. the trick is to find out which ingredients the pins correspond to.

Master Mind
A simple but fun Mastermind game. Drag the pins to the right place on the board and press OK to see how close you've come to cracking the code. A black pin means the right colour but in the wrong place, a white pin means a right colour in the right place. But the order of the black and white pins does not reflect the order of the coloured pins in the row.

But which marbles do the dots refer to? Can you figure it out?
